Delete your account

1. Delete from the app
Open the Signattio app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. You will be asked for your password and to type your email address; nothing is deleted until you confirm.
2. What is deleted
Your account and sign-in data, active sessions and devices, and saved signature images are removed. Envelopes that are not under a legal retention obligation are deleted together with their stored documents. Your email address is also suppressed so no queued message can reach it after deletion.
3. What is kept, and why
Envelopes still under a legal hold or a future retention date are evidence that other parties may depend on. They are preserved, but your name, email and phone number are replaced with a pseudonymous placeholder; the document, timestamps and audit trail remain so the signing event can still be proven. A record that the erasure took place is kept without personal data.
4. If you cannot access the app
Email info@signattio.com from the address registered to the account. We may ask you to verify that you control that address. Requests are handled within 30 days under Article 12(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Your other rights
Deletion does not affect the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including access, portability and the right to complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
